Szubert (pronounced shh-u-burt, like the Austrian composer) is a Chicago-based brand dedicated to crafting clothing rooted in simplicity, elegance, and sustainability.We design minimalist silhouettes that transcend trends and are produced in small batches, ensuring quality, thoughtful craftsmanship, and reduced waste. Everything is handmade and locally sourced, with a commitment to supporting small businesses for all of our materials. Ninety-nine percent of our fabrics are dead-stock, allowing us to rescue forgotten bolts and last meters and give them a second life while minimizing environmental impact.
