Raniya Noiseux, is a creative based in LA who is passionate about all aspects in the arts and is constantly creating.

Q: What’s your story? 

A: Music has always been a part of my life. I grew up doing professional theater, modeling and acting, but eventually I realized what I loved most  was singing. My dad was my biggest supporter from the very beginning, and after he passed away, I realized I needed to start writing music for myself. Songwriting became a way to process life and hold onto memories. Beyond music I love being creative in every form, whether that's photography, working with bands, or tour management. 

Q: What has been the most rewarding part of making/writing music?

A: The people. I’m incredibly grateful for the creative friends and collaborators I've met through music. I’m proud of the rooms I've played in and the opportunities I've had, but the most rewarding part is creating something honest and sharing it with others.

Q: What is the inspiration behind your songs?

I don't really think of it as inspiration-it's just my life. I write what I feel. Whether it’s grief, joy, hope, or something I can't quite explain, I try to be as honest as possible. I think honesty is what people connect with most.

Q: What goals are you working towards right now?

Right now i’m working on an EP and have several songs in the works. I’m always looking to collaborate with new people, grow as an artist, and continue building a creative community around music. 

Q: What’s advice you live by? 

Keep showing up. You never know which conversation, show, or collaboration is going to change your life. 

Q: Who inspires you? 

I’m inspired by people who get to build lives around what they love. Musically some of my biggest inspirations are Frank Sinatra, Etta James, Amy Winehouse, Lady Gaga, and Chris Stapleton. I also draw a lot of inspiration from the talented creatives and musicians I get to work alongside every day.
